We offer training in both acoustic and electric guitar for students who wish to pursue this as an interest

AMA has several partnerships with galleries, museums, artists, cultural institutions, and community based organizations within NYC. Many students are involved with wonderful after-school and weekend courses that have resulted in future internships and employment.

Each student takes a semester-long portfolio preparatory class to prepare them for applying to college.Students who apply to art school and liberal arts colleges & universities are trained on interview techniques and will develop unique CD portfolios that help them stand out.
